Teletha Zupan
Ms. Zupan was raised and went to high school in the Las Vegas area. She began working for this firm as a law clerk before passing the Nevada Bar and becoming an associate attorney in 2012. Since that time, she has worked in all areas of litigation including personal injury, probate disputes, family, employment, contract, labor, business litigation and appellate cases.
As a Las Vegas native, Ms. Zupan worked her way through college in the casino industry. Ms. Zupan’s background and experience as a casino employee, has given her a unique understanding of the employment situation facing many Las Vegas employees, especially those who work in the casinos. This knowledge and experience allows her to see issues and deal with a variety of situations from a clients perspective.
Ms. Zupan has second chaired bench trials, worked on jury trials, and handled various appellate matters. She was an integral part of having Wynn Resort’s answer thrown out in a slip and fall case. See Olds v. Wynn Las Vegas, Nev. Supreme Court Case No. 65801 (2016).
