Adam Levine
Representing the “little guy” is in Mr. Levine’s DNA. Mr. Levine’s father was a personal injury lawyer in Phoenix, Arizona for more than 50 years. Mr. Levine was raised hearing stories about great personal injury attorneys, such as Sam Langerman and Dale Harrelson. After law school, Mr. Levine began his legal career with the nationally known personal injury firm of Harrelson, Kinerk and Morey.
Mr. Levine moved to Nevada in 1993 and became an integral part of the Law Office of Daniel Marks. In one of Mr. Levine’s first cases with the firm, Prabhu v. Levine, 109 Nev. 607, 855 P.2d 543 (1993), he reversed and removed a published decision that reversed a $800,000 plus jury verdict won in that case. Mr. Levine’s work on that case established landmark legal principles in the field of medical malpractice law, including what constitutes causation evidence.
In addition to his litigation skills, Mr. Levine has successfully argued multiple landmark cases before the Nevada Supreme Court. See Ruiz v. City of North Las Vegas, 127 Nev. 254, 255 P.3d 216 (2011) (addressing Nevada’s Peace Officers Bill of Rights); City of North Las Vegas v. State EMRB and Spannbauer, 127 Nev. 631, 261 P.3d 1071 (2011) (recognizing equitable tolling before the State of Nevada Local Government Employee Management Relations Board); and Nev. Dept. of Corrections v. Ludwick, 135 Nev. ___, 440 P.3d 43 (2019), (invalidated the disciplinary regulations for employees of the Nevada Department of Corrections).
Mr. Levine represents multiple unions in both the private and public sector and is considered one of the foremost advocates for law enforcement officers in the State of Nevada. Mr. Levine has represented, at various times, the following employee organizations as either general counsel or outside counsel:

Mr. Levine is an attorney for the Fraternal Order of Police (“FOP”) Legal Defense Fund, Police Officers Research Association of California (“PORAC”) Legal Defense Fund, and the Professional Law Enforcement Association (“PLEA”) Legal Defense Fund, through which he has represented numerous peace officers employed by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Nevada Department Corrections, and employees of other agencies.
Mr. Levine is passionate about employee’s rights, especially in the labor law setting. He has won numerous arbitrations where he has seen his clients returned to work with back-pay. In addition, he also has helped employees unionize to ensure their rights in Nevada, which is an “at-will” employment state.
